misleading copyright statement

Sorry, but I'm not sure that Gandhi's works are copyrighted in the EU. (I'm EU citizen, not a lawyer, and this isn't legal advice.)

As far as I know, Gandhi's works are in the public domain in India (having expired the term for life + 60 years).

EU member states apply the rule of the shorter term. So I guess these works are in the public domain also in the EU.

Could you check that and update the information?
