46 अिस वारके 'वसन्त के अंकमें 'Kill two birds with one stone' ओक ही पत्थरसे दो पक्षी मारने पर अितने ज्यादा पन्ने भरे हैं। आज वापूने फिर दाहिने हाथसे पत्र लिखने शुरू किये । बायें हाथका हदसे ज्यादा झुपयोग होनेके कारण असकी भी हालत दाये जैसी हो गयी है। अिसलिझे डॉक्टर कहते हैं कि अब थोड़े दिन दायाँ काममें लीजिये । जिसका वर्गन करते हुओ बापूने गोसीबहनके पत्रमें 'पुनश्च' करके लिखा है : " अब मेरे लिो बायाँ हाय काममें न लेनेकी बारी आयी है । बुढ़ापा जोरसे दरवाजा खटखटा रहा होगा ?" दूसरी तरह भी पत्र मजेदार है: Your welcome letter. I don't expect Jalbhai to trouble to write to me. I expect you the nurses to do that work. A patient has to eat, sleep, complain and bully. He is an angel when he omits to do the two last things.
